Just delt with the worst worker ever named toppee tupay or some dumb name like that mom must have been on crack when naming her and her being a crack baby would explain the incompetence of this employee my order never showed up called after a hour she said she would send me the old cold food or she would make me wait a whole hour more for me to pay for fresh pizza i order here all the time and this dumb girl ruined it for me im so pissed off, my rage knows no bounds!
Absolutely worst store I’ve ever dealt with. Had to wait an hour for a simple medium 1 topping pizza while they are 2 mins down the road from me. Had I known they would take this long I would’ve picked it up and saved a delivery charge. Manager is absolutely rude and avoids any sort of blame. I will be calling corporate.

I regularily order from this location. I have noticed over the past month, that it gradually decreases in quality. It almost looks like they just throw ingredients on a pizza without a care. Sometimes the order isn't even cooked all the way, like they are in a hurry to just get it out of there so they can sit around & goof off. Very poor store. I suggest to Go somewhere else.
Just last night my friend and I wanted to get something to eat from the Mounds View Dominos. We enjoy their food and the customer service is typically phenomenal. Well we called them and were on hold for more than 10 minutes so we hung up and decided to drive there. We tried walking in, which the door was unlocked, and then was told by the manager that carry out is past hours so we walked out with no problem and got into my car. We were right outside Dominos so we decided to call again to see what took so long before. As the phone rang, we saw the manager guy just standing there and not even making a movement towards the phone, almost like he was ignoring the call. That was mess up number 2. So we hung up and waited for the delivery driver to get back and as he walked in, we tried calling again. This time, the delivery driver was nice enough to answer the phone and we explained to him that we are right outside the store and asked him if it would be alright if we could just get our food delivered right to my car right outside the store. He said there shouldn't be any reason why he couldn't, but then the manager guy asked him what he was talking about and said that he couldn't do that. (We could hear what the manager guy was saying in the background of the phone call) The delivery guy said that he was mistaken and apologized which I told him that it's fine, we just thought it would make things easier on them. We were still going to tip him 20% too! So the manager guy took the phone from his hands and said we cannot do that and hung up instantly after saying that. I asked if we could place our order, give them my address, and then we would drive home and wait and the manager guy still said no. Overall, the delivery guy was awesome! But I would definitely suggest a different overnight manager if his attitude is that disrespectful towards customers who are willing to compromise to practically saying they will drive home if they can just make sure they actually are able to get an order in since the last attempt resulted in a 10 minute waiting time on hold with probably no intention from the manager to actually answer the phone. You may be a manager, but actually do your job, don't think you're above taking the time out of your night to at least take an order. So this is a 5 star review for the delivery driver, but only 1 star for the manager.
