The Young Teen Staff is rude and mean to children. We watched of them huddle and talked to each other then talking in a mean and negative tone to the children for not following the rules. Which aren't posted nor explained to the kids as they approach the jumping area.
Took my daughter here for her 10th bday on a Friday night, and it was well worth it. She had a great time and the environment was settling. There was a snow storm the night we went there, so lucky for us the place was pretty empty. Im not sure how it would be with a full house but overall it was a nice place.
Today we had our boys' birthday party (7 and 3) here and it was also our first time here! We were blown away! Zero Gravity and their staff exceeded our expectations! The staff was courteous and prompt with requests. The place was clean and perfectly set up for a birthday. The kids had an absolute blast and will all be talking about it for a while! The adults even had a great time as most of them jumped too. Everyone was so impressed with the ease of this party. We literally just showed up and had fun! They provided the decorations, drinks, pizza, cupcakes (with number of candles for each kid's birthday), they organized the presents on the table and even had a sheet for us to write down who brought what. Best yet, no clean up for us! I couldn't have asked for anything better than what Zero Gravity provided and we will be here time and time again for our children's birthdays and also just for fun! Already made play dates to meet our cousins here in the future!
Kids had a great time here at a birthday party - staff were young but that's to be expected. Lots of places and different ways to jump. Arcade is alright but kind of small.
It was an activity for the boys to do. The cost was more than we anticipated for the 1 hour of jumping. Laser tag and the other activity are an additional timed fee.
We may go back. One of our boys hit the jackpot on the video games. They enjoyed playing the arcade.
Great fun for kids. The only thing I didn't like is that no food onsite to order. Other than that great place.
